Who we are

Jon Hrach of Modest UX

Jon Hrach

Managing Partner / Design

Jon is a user-centered software designer and project manager, who prior to Modest, spent 13 years in the interactive industry. During that time, he managed projects for fortune 50 companies leading end to end marketing and advertising campaigns. Jon has spoken at many UX design events and is always interested in sharing his experiences.

Jon received his bachelors degree in Visual Communication with an emphasis in Computer Imaging from Northern Arizona University. He also studied Typography at the American Intercontinental University in London.

When not immersed in the world of design, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids. He also loves to travel, taste delicious food and pay the caloric price at Orange Theory.

Joe Adams of Modest UX

Joe Adams

Managing Partner / Research & Strategy

Prior to Modest, Joe spent over 12 years working in the Medical and Technology industries where he held leadership positions managing international teams and projects. Joe brings experience in business strategy with an analytic background to improve processes, compliance and adherence to quality metrics. Joe enjoys sharing his experiences of quantifying the value UX design.

Joe received his MBA from Arizona State University鈥檚 W.P. Carey School of Business, with a focus in Healthcare Management and Supply Chain. He received his bachelors degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from Northern Arizona University.

Joe assists his wonderful wife to optimize the user experience for 2 energetic kids. He also loves American Football and has begun to gain appreciation for the 鈥渞eal鈥 F煤tbol. To unwind, he enjoys reading and writing about UX design.
